What is the return policy for a painting?
Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not, please let us know, and we will do our best to find a solution with you.
Each artwork is carefully packaged and protected to ensure delivery in perfect condition.
We document every shipment with photos before dispatch to ensure optimal tracking.
As original artworks are unique pieces, no returns are accepted for damage incurred after receipt.
In case of transit damage, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and the artwork to open a claim with the carrier.
When will I receive my order?
Original paintings are prepared and shipped within 1 to 8 days, depending on the type of artwork and the period.
Derivative products are manufactured and shipped directly by our partners within 1 to 3 days.
Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email.
Delivery times then vary depending on your location.
Can I see more pictures of the painting?
Certainly! Just tell us the name of the painting and contact us by email, Facebook or Instagram.
Can I commission a custom painting?
No, unfortunately that won't be possible. I prefer to create freely, guided by my imagination and inspiration.
Do you provide certificates of authenticity?
Yes, each painting comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.
Can I order merchandise with a different painting than what is already offered in the shop?
Yes, but it's not guaranteed that we can add this new model. It all depends on the derivative product concerned.
