This painting is inspired by the raw, untamed beauty of coastal landscapes, those places where land and ocean meet in a constant, silent confrontation. I was particularly fascinated by the idea of tension in nature: that moment when two massive cliffs seem to pull apart, revealing a deep, almost inaccessible space between them. This natural "fracture" became the focal point of the composition.

Through this work, I wanted to capture both the power and vulnerability of nature. The viewer is placed on the edge of the precipice, facing the void, invited to feel a mixture of admiration, curiosity, and a slight unease. It is a suspended moment, both peaceful and intense, where the immensity of the landscape contrasts with the intimacy of the experience.
